My whole life, I have been interested in the body and movement. After many years of dance, my Scoliosis led me to Pilates and finally to Yoga, Thai Massage and Osteothai, which then became my path in life.
For me, my work is about the never-ending exploration of the body. As we bring awareness to what is happening inside and where we are in the present moment, the body is encouraged to release where it is holding. Then we can embark on a journey of restoration and growth.
I hold a 500h Level 4 NVQ Yoga Teaching qualification, have completed over a 1,000 continued education hours on therapeutic and somatic approaches, trained in Manual Lymph Drainage and have studied extensively in Thai Yoga Massage and Osteothai, including a Master Osteothai qualification, over the past years. Mostly through my work as a bodyworker comes also my understanding of trauma, chronic conditions and pain, as well as the influence of working with fascia, the craniosacral system, structural support and the nervous system.
I used to run a Yoga Festival in London and launched an online anti-stress breathing program. Since 2015 I live in Lisbon and run Little Yoga Space, where I teach and give Osteothai treatments, I run foundation and advanced training courses in Thai Massage and trauma-informed Yoga, and co-facilitate the Somatic Toolkit for a Resilient Nervous System.
All my life I have been interested in the body and movement.
The Diploma in Physiotherapy in 2006 gave me the foundations for the path that followed: Thai Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Chinese Medicine, AcroYoga, Yoga & Movement and Osteopathy. This is what you can find in my teachings. I feel like an eternal student of the human being, of anatomy, physiology... and also of his philosophy and values and I share what I love and learn the most.
For me, Thai massage is meditation, dance, and healing. It gives me the opportunity to flow, to be present, to create, to communicate without words.
Along this path, my passion for Thai Massage (since 2008) and Osteothai (since 2011) has been growing thanks to teachers like Dayalu, Laurino Bertell, KrishnaTakis, and David Lutt (whom I have been assisting for years) and Jörg Schürpf I graduated from Master OsteoThai.
Currently, I am finishing studying Osteopathy. I have been sharing workshops and training in Spain and Europe since 2008, and since 2018 giving therapies and training next to Granada where I live with Sharon and our 3 children Alma, Kailu & Munay at @cortijoalegria
I have a passionate and therapeutic teaching style and cultivate joy as much as I can in the trainings I teach.
For me, my work is about the endless exploration of being, body and mind, and a way to discover the beauty of life. As we become aware of what is happening inside and where we are in the present moment, the body is alienated to release what it is holding. Then we can embark on a journey of restoration and transformation.
Explorer of Movement, Guardian of Flexibility From a young age, I’ve been captivated by the body’s boundless potential and the profound dialogue between movement and mind. Over the past eight years, I’ve woven together disciplines like AcroYoga, Personal Training, and Osteo-Thai Massage Therapy, crafting a holistic approach that expands both physical function and mental resilience. My journey is one of fusion—melding techniques to unlock adaptability, helping others navigate life’s ever-shifting tides. For me, the body is a living story, and touch is its language. In Osteo-Thai Massage, I find a dance of presence—a meditation where breath, rhythm, and intention merge to dissolve tension and awaken vitality. AcroYoga becomes a playground of trust, where gravity and connection teach us to soar, both literally and metaphorically.
And as a Personal Trainer, I guide others to reclaim their strength, not just in muscles, but in spirit. Based in Barcelona, I offer therapies and classes rooted in curiosity and creativity. My teachings are shaped by countless hours of study, practice, and the wisdom of mentors who’ve illuminated my path (though their names live in my gratitude). Each session is an invitation to explore—whether through the dynamic flows of AcroYoga, the deep listening of bodywork, or the mindful discipline of functional training. I am an eternal student, endlessly fascinated by anatomy’s intricacies and the philosophy of resilience.
My style is both passionate and playful; I believe joy is the heartbeat of growth. In workshops and one-on-one sessions, I cultivate spaces where clients shed limitations, not just to bend or balance, but to transform—physically, mentally, and beyond. Today, as I collaborate with Barcelona’s vibrant community, my mission remains: to equip others with the flexibility to meet life’s chaos with grace. Because true wellness isn’t static—it’s the art of adaptation, the courage to evolve. Let’s co-create this journey. Together, we’ll turn movement into medicine, and discovery into lasting change.
