CLASS 1: THE DANCE OF THE FASCIA
Entering the Space Between
Wùo Taï means “the space between circles.” What happens when we stop looking for what is visible and begin to feel what happens between?
Through fascia, movement and deep listening, we will enter a space where conscious doing softens and another kind of perception begins to emerge — intuitive, subtle, almost dreamlike.
A journey into the unknown, where the body becomes the guide.
CLASS 2: THE BODY AS A WHOLE
Following the Central Chain
What if the body is not a collection of parts, but one continuous dance?
We will explore the body as a whole through the osteopathic concept of the central chain, using Wùo Taï’s three-dimensional movement to create continuity, tension and connection throughout the entire system.
A journey from isolated techniques towards a deeper sense of wholeness.
CLASS 1: SOMA & FASCIA THAI
Releasing Stored Emotions Within the Body — Upper Body
This class combines Fascia Release, Thai Massage, and Emotional Release Work to support softening the fascia, releasing stored emotions held within the body, and moving stagnant energy, allowing chi to flow more freely.
In this Upper Body class, we will explore the cranial region, cervical spine (neck), shoulders, trapezius, chest, arms, hands, and upper back.
CLASS 2: SOMA & FASCIA THAI
Exploring the Emotional Container — The Viscera / Organs
This class combines Fascia Release, Thai Massage, and Emotional Release Work to explore and unlock the body’s emotional container — the viscera.
Through intentional touch and visceral-focused techniques, we’ll explore the emotional associations of the organs, learning how to access areas of holding, release stored emotions, and encourage greater movement and energetic flow within the body.
CLASS 3: SOMA & FASCIA THAI
Releasing Stored Emotions Within the Body — Lower Body
In this Lower Body class, we will explore the sacrum, lower back, abductors, adductors, quadriceps, calves, and feet.

Techniques from a Lanna Style applied with the philosophy of energy lines to treat shoulder and neck pain.
The concept of wind and how the wind organizes in the body. Lesser important points of wind Gates, the main winds in the abdomen, and abdomen releases.
Exploring Breath, Movement & Space
The breath is deeply connected to the way we move, feel and inhabit our body. In this class, we will explore the breathing system through the principles of OsteoThai, combining mindful touch, rocking, stretching and three-dimensional movement.
We will work with the diaphragm, rib cage, sternum, spine and surrounding structures to invite more space and freedom into the breathing system, while developing a deeper awareness of the relationship between breath and movement.
A gentle exploration of how creating space in the body can allow the breath to move with greater ease and presence.
Fluidity, Motion & Harmony
Dynamic Thai Massage is a fluid and rhythmic approach to Thai Massage that invites movement, connection and presence. Rather than working through fixed techniques, we explore transitions, rocking, stretching and flowing sequences to create a continuous dialogue between practitioner and receiver.
Using breath, body weight and mindful movement, we will explore how to bring more freedom, softness and flow into the body while maintaining grounded and attentive touch.
A playful journey into Thai Massage where technique becomes movement, movement becomes connection, and the whole body is invited to breathe.
Elevate your practice by exploring the seamless intersection of dynamic floor work and therapeutic flying aesthetics. This workshop focuses on effortless transitions, continuous flow, and the intelligent use of gravity and leverage to support another body in space. Participants will learn how to move fluidly around the receiver, maintaining a continuous connection that bridges grounded bodywork with gentle, airborne decompression, creating a profound sense of trust, weightlessness, and ease.
