Guided by Oliver Chamorro
This colorful 5-day training immerses us in the vital rhythm of the breath through the lens of Osteothai.
Students will explore the osteopathic principles governing the respiratory system, gaining a deep understanding of how to restore freedom and mobility in the breathing process.
Through specific, targeted techniques, you will learn to release mechanical restrictions in the rib cage, diaphragm, and surrounding tissues, integrating the core elements of Osteothai to support the body's natural energetic and physical flow.
TThis intensive module dives deep into the mechanics, vitality, and subtlety of respiration through five core pillars:
The Rib Cage: Restoring structural mobility, elasticity, and expansion to the bony cage that houses our vital rhythms.
Lungs and Heart (The 3 Cylinders): Working with the vital space and pressure gradients of the thoracic cavities to support cardiovascular and respiratory health.
Our Horizontal Axis (The Diaphragms): Releasing and balancing the deep horizontal planes of tissue that regulate internal pressure, emotional holding, and physical alignment.
The Shoulder Complex: Freeing the upper girdle to relieve tension, open the chest, and allow the breath to move without restriction.
The Primary Respiratory Movement: Tuning into the body's subtle, inherent rhythmic impulses to guide our touch with deep therapeutic intention.
Who Can Join: This workshop is open to anyone with basic experience in Thai massage, bodywork, physiotherapy, yoga, or massage therapy who wants to deepen their touch and understanding of the breathing body.
✓ Printed theoretical manual at the start of the course
✓ Full video recordings of all techniques after completion
✓ Supportive and interactive learning environment
Improve Lymphatic & Venous Return: Optimize the "thoracic pump" effect. By freeing the breath, you improve fluid circulation and drainage throughout the entire body.
Release Deep Emotional Armoring: Work directly with the chest and solar plexus, where the body consistently stores stress, anxiety, and unexpressed emotions.
Address Chronic Compensation Patterns: Uncover how restrictions in the respiratory diaphragm secretly cause lower back pain, pelvic instability, or neck strain.
Deepen Cellular Oxygenation: Help clients access a fuller, more efficient breath, directly impacting their sleep quality, stamina, and cellular recovery.
Master Three-Dimensional Touch: Learn to listen to and treat the torso not just from the front, but through the side ribs and the back, creating a truly 3D release.
Begin 2027 from a place of deeper presence, connection, and embodiment.
This 6-day immersion in Osteothai for the breathing process is held within a supportive community, surrounded by nature in the mountains of Andalusia, next to Granada.
Oliver’s journey in bodywork began with a Physiotherapy Degree (2006), forming the base for an ever-evolving exploration of healing arts.
He has studied and taught Thai Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Chinese Medicine, AcroYoga, Movement and Osteopathy across the world.
In 2008, he taught massage and stretching to visually impaired students in Cuzco, Peru — a turning point that led him to share Thai Massage internationally, from Mexico to New Zealand.
Since 2011, Oliver has trained under David Lutt (Master OsteoThai), assisting alongside Jörg Schürpf. In 2024, he completed his Osteopathy studies.
Beyond bodywork, he is a father of three (Alma, Kailu & Munay) and a student of life and Stoic philosophy. His teachings blend technical skill with presence, joy and movement.
