Continuing the practice, deepening the learning.
Learning Thai massage does not end when a training finishes.
In many ways, a new part of the journey begins when you return to your own practice, start working with different bodies and discover questions that only emerge through experience.
It offers ongoing support as you develop your practice, refine your techniques and find ways to adapt what you have learned to the people you work with.
You can bring your questions, share challenges from your sessions and explore situations you are unsure about. Together, we can look at what is happening, revisit specific techniques, consider different approaches and identify practical ways to continue learning.
The intention is not to give you a set of answers for every situation, but to help you develop greater confidence, sensitivity and understanding in your own practice.
Mentorship can support you with questions such as:
Developing your practice — finding your rhythm, building confidence and integrating what you learned during the training.
Refining techniques — revisiting positions, transitions, body mechanics and ways of working with greater ease.
Adapting to different bodies — exploring how to adjust your approach according to the person, their needs and what you observe during a session.
Reflecting on real experiences — bringing questions or challenges from your practice and looking at them from different perspectives.
Finding your own way — gradually developing your capacity to listen, respond and make thoughtful choices rather than simply following a sequence.
Sometimes we will focus on a specific technical question. At other times, the most useful step may be to slow down, reflect on an experience or explore a different way of approaching the practice.
The mentorship is offered in three-month cycles, allowing time to put ideas into practice, observe what changes and return with new questions.
Monthly written support
You can send 3 batches of questions per month. This gives you space to gather your thoughts, reflect on your practice and share the questions that feel most relevant.
I will respond with guidance, suggestions and practical ideas to explore.
Individual online meeting
We meet once a month for a 30–45 minute video call. This is an opportunity to discuss your questions in more depth, reflect on specific situations, revisit techniques and identify what might support your next steps.
When useful, I may suggest exercises or areas of practice to explore between meetings.
Learning beyond the individual space
Mentorship is primarily individual, but learning can also grow through shared experience. When appropriate, we may explore common themes or learning points in a collective context, always respecting each person's privacy.
The aim is to support your individual process while staying connected to the wider spirit of learning within Thai Massage Sangha School.
Thai Massage Mentorship is for students who have completed a training with Thai Massage Sangha School and want to keep exploring, practising and integrating what they have learned.
You do not need to have everything figured out. You can come with technical questions, uncertainty, new discoveries or simply the wish to keep learning with support.
The practice continues. You don't have to navigate every question on your own.
If you would like to join the mentorship, get in touch to discuss your needs and find a suitable starting date.
